You receive a written custom quote in USD with deliverables, timeline, and payment milestones.

Deposit & kickoff
Work begins after the agreed deposit is paid via Stripe. Kickoff materials and access are confirmed.

Milestones & delivery
We deliver in agreed stages with reviews. Remaining payments follow the statement of work.

Handover
Final assets, documentation, and access are transferred digitally. Support terms are confirmed in writing.
Fulfillment
Deliverables are digital (files, repositories, staging or production URLs, documentation). We do not ship physical goods, so there is no physical shipping policy. Timelines are stated in your quote or statement of work.
Payments
Quotes and invoices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. VelvetSpider never stores your full card details. Refund and cancellation rules are in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
